The Summerville Bears basketball team scored 61 points and limited the host Hughson Huskies to 33 in the Bears non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bears now have a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Golden Valley for a non-league game on Thursday, December 26. Summerville will confront a Cougars team coming off a 71-37 non-league win over Sierra (Manteca, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 7-5.

With the loss, Hughson falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Ripon (Ripon, CA) to confront the Indians in a non-league game on Friday, December 20. The Indians go into the game with a record of 1-4.
