The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Clinton Grace Christian Eagles (Clinton, MD) and the host Model Secondary School for the Deaf Eagles (Washington, DC), observed Clinton Grace Christian's basketball team overwhelm Model Secondary School for the Deaf by a margin of 56-33.
The Eagles (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Springdale Prep (New Windsor, MD). The Lions come into the non-league challenge with a 7-12 record. In their last challenge, Springdale Prep was trounced by Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart (Bethesda, MD), 68-58, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Field Falcons (Washington, DC) in a Potomac Valley challenge, on Wednesday, January 8. Model Secondary School for the Deaf will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record.
