The Basis Independent Silicon Valley Bobcats basketball team scored 41 points and limited the visiting Luis Valdez Leadership Academy Lions to 16 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Bobcats now have a 2-5 record. They play next when they host The Kehillah School for a Private School - North game on Tuesday, January 6. Basis Independent Silicon Valley will confront a Rams team coming off a 48-30 non-league win over Jewish Community (San Francisco, CA). The Rams record now stands at 3-3.

With the loss, Luis Valdez Leadership Academy falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Eastside College Prep (East Palo Alto, CA) to confront the Panthers in a non-league game on Saturday, December 20. The Panthers go into the outing with a record of 5-3. Eastside College Prep won 39-26 in their recent non-league outing against The Kehillah School (Palo Alto, CA)
