Nebraska High School Basketball - Custer trounced by Omaha Nation

Omaha Nation Chiefs (Macy, NE) supporters left the game happy Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Custer Wildcats (Custer, SD), 54-20 in a non-league contest.

The Chiefs (6-0) will now prepare for their contest against Lakota Tech (Pine Ridge, SD). The Tatanka come into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Lakota Tech smashed McLaughlin (McLaughlin, SD), 70-16, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the McLaughlin Mustangs (McLaughlin, SD) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 18. Custer will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Mustangs come into the contest with a 0-2 record after their 70-16 non-league loss to Lakota Tech (Pine Ridge, SD).
