California High School Basketball - Aptos knocked off by Wilcox

The Wilcox Chargers basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Aptos Mariners to 58 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Monday.

The Chargers now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Arroyo Grande for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 27. Wilcox will battle a Eagles team coming off a 65-51 non-league loss to Dos Pueblos (Goleta, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 8-5.

The Mariners (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Salinas (Salinas, CA). The Cowboys enter the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Salinas ran past St. Francis (Watsonville, CA), 52-31, in a non-league contest.
