Russell County Warriors (Seale, AL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Barbour County Jaguars (Clayton, AL), 94-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Russell County upgrades its record to 9-3 on the season. The Warriors travel to Therrell (Atlanta, GA) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 21. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 2-7. Therrell lost 54-41 in their recent non-league bout against Central Gwinnett (Lawrenceville, GA)

Next up, the Jaguars play the Eufaula Tigers (Eufaula, AL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 19. Barbour County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 6-4 record after their 81-61 non-league win over Booker T. Washington (Tuskegee, AL).
