King City Mustangs (King City, CA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Coast Union Broncos (Cambria, CA), 59-28 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, King City upgrades its record to 2-6 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Watsonville (Watsonville, CA) to play the Wildcatz in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 20. The Wildcatz come into the bout with a record of 2-5. Watsonville lost 60-45 in their recent non-league bout against Mission San Jose (Fremont, CA)

Next up, the Broncos play the Coastal Christian Conquerors (Pismo Beach, CA) in a Coast Valley bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Coast Union will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record.
