Crescent Valley Raiders (Corvallis, OR) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Willamette Wolverines (Eugene, OR), 43-41 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Crescent Valley upgrades its record to 1-5 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Springfield (Springfield, OR) to play the Millers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 20. The Millers come into the bout with a record of 1-5. Springfield lost 57-49 in their recent non-league bout against Grants Pass (Grants Pass, OR)

Next up, the Wolverines play the Lebanon Warriors (Lebanon, OR) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 21. Willamette will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Warriors come into the bout with a 1-4 record after their 62-54 league loss to Central (Independence, OR).
