The Kearsarge Cougars basketball team (North Sutton, NH), was toppled 68-48 in Monday's league battle with the visiting Mascoma Royals (Canaan, NH)
The Royals now possess a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Inter-Lakes for a Division III battle on Tuesday, January 2.
The Cougars (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Hopkinton (Contoocook, NH). The Hawks come into the Division III battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Hopkinton was toppled by Conant (Jaffrey, NH), 29-28, in a non-league battle.
