Michigan High School Basketball - Marshall Academy overwhelmed by St. Philip Catholic Central

The St. Philip Catholic Central Fighting Tigers basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the visiting Marshall Academy Griffons to 20 in the Fighting Tigers non-league victory on Monday.
The Fighting Tigers now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mendon for a Southern Central contest on Wednesday, December 20. St. Philip Catholic Central will battle a Hornets team coming off a 65-32 league win over Athens (Athens, MI). The Hornets record now stands at 3-2.
The Griffons (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Pansophia Academy (Coldwater, MI). The come into the Crossroads contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Pansophia Academy was routed by Battle Creek Academy (Battle Creek, MI), 75-27, in a league contest.
