Non Varsity Opponent (, ) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Mary M. Knight Owls (Elma, WA), 43-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Non Varsity Opponent upgrades its record to 49-129 on the season. The host Loving (Loving, NM) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Monday, December 18. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Loving won 57-50 in their recent non-league bout against Cobre (Bayard, NM)

Next up, the Owls play the Quilcene Rangers (Quilcene, WA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 20. Mary M. Knight will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Rangers go into the bout with a 2-6 record after their 53-46 non-league loss to Crescent (Joyce, WA).
