In Monday's non-league outing, the Oaks Christian Lions (Westlake Village, CA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Taft Toreadors (Woodland Hills, CA), by a count of 69-26.

The Lions (7-6) will now prepare for their outing against Golden Valley (Santa Clarita, CA). The Grizzlies go into the non-league outing with a 6-3 record. In their last outing, Golden Valley smashed Canyon (Canyon Country, CA), 70-57, in a league outing.

The Toreadors now hold a 2-11 record. They play next when they host Cabrillo for a non-league outing on Thursday, January 4.
