The Patriots now possess a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westlake Academy for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 19. Victory Christian Academy will battle a Blacksmiths team coming off a 51-31 non-league win over Harvest Christian (Watauga, TX). The Blacksmiths record now stands at 5-3.

The Panthers (5-7) will now prepare for their battle against Avalon (Avalon, TX). The Eagles come into the 1A Region IV District 26 battle with a 4-10 record. In their last battle, Avalon was overwhelmed by Milford (Milford, TX), 43-33, in a league battle.
