Illinois High School Basketball - Arcola routs Chrisman

In Monday's non-league outing, the Arcola Purple Riders (Arcola, IL) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Chrisman Cardinals (Chrisman, IL), by a margin of 46-11.

The Purple Riders (8-3) will now prepare for their outing against Red Hill (Bridgeport, IL). The Salukis go into the non-league outing with a 4-9 record. In their last outing, Red Hill was trounced by North Clay/Clay City (Louisville, IL), 48-31, in a league outing.

The Cardinals now own a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Rantoul for a non-league outing on Thursday, December 21. Chrisman will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 46-28 non-league loss to Arthur-Okaw Christian (Arthur, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 2-10.
