California High School Basketball - Canyon Crest Academy ripped by La Costa Canyon

The La Costa Canyon Mavericks basketball team scored 71 points and held the visiting Canyon Crest Academy Ravens to 16 in the Mavericks non-league triumph on Monday.
The Mavericks now sport a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brea Olinda for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 27. La Costa Canyon will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 63-43 non-league loss to Crean Lutheran (Irvine, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-9.
The Ravens (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against San Dieguito Academy (Encinitas, CA). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, San Dieguito Academy triumphed over West Hills (Santee, CA), 61-50, in a non-league contest.
