Fort Osage Indians (Independence, MO) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Excelsior Springs Tigers (Excelsior Springs, MO), 45-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Fort Osage upgrades its record to 3-4 on the season. The Indians host Van Buren (Van Buren, MO) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 21. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 1-5.

Next up, the Tigers play the McDonald County Mustangs (Anderson, MO) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 22. Excelsior Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record.
