The Rebels now possess a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Victory Christian for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 19. Thorsby will confront a Lions team coming off a 68-27 non-league win over Coosa Christian (Gadsden, AL). The Lions record now stands at 11-4.

The Lions (1-7) will now prepare for their outing against Winterboro (Alpine, AL). The Bulldogs go into the 1A Area 8 outing with a 7-1 record. In their last outing, Winterboro smashed Fayetteville (Sylacauga, AL), 73-23, in a non-league outing.
