With the victory, White Deer improves its record to 6-9 on the campaign. The Bucks travel to Chillicothe (Chillicothe, TX) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 29. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 3-5.

Next up, the Hornets confront the Bovina Mustangs (Bovina, TX) in a 2A Region I District 3 challenge, on Friday, January 5. Highland Park will attempt to improve on its 1-12 season record.
