Nebraska High School Basketball - Hitchcock County ripped by Southern Valley

The Southern Valley Eagles basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Hitchcock County Falcons to 19 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Monday.

The Eagles now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southwest for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 19. Southern Valley will meet a Roughriders team coming off a 36-35 non-league loss to Arapahoe (Arapahoe, NE). The Roughriders record now stands at 3-4.

The Falcons (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Brady (Brady, NE). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Brady triumphed over Maxwell (Maxwell, NE), 43-38, in a non-league contest.
