Sacred Heart Academy Lions (Bryn Mawr, PA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting MAST Community Charter Panthers (Philadelphia, PA), 58-23 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Sacred Heart Academy upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Lions travel to Mt. St. Joseph Academy (Flourtown, PA) to play the Magic in a Catholic Academies bout on Wednesday, December 20. The Magic go into the bout with a record of 2-5. Mt. St. Joseph Academy lost 47-42 in their recent non-league bout against Archbishop Ryan (Philadelphia, PA)

Next up, the Panthers play the Renaissance Academy Knights (Phoenixville, PA) in a Bicentennial - Independence bout, on Thursday, December 21. MAST Community Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 3-2 record after their 39-33 league win over Collegium Charter (Exton, PA).
