With the victory, Waverly improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Tigers host Northwest (McDermott, OH) to confront the Mohawks in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 21. The Mohawks come into the challenge with a record of 0-6. Northwest lost 58-20 in their recent non-league challenge against Notre Dame (Portsmouth, OH)
Next up, the Tigers confront the Piketon Redstreaks (Piketon, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 20. McClain will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record. The Redstreaks come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 59-33 league loss to Huntington (Chillicothe, OH).
