In Monday's league outing, the Millersburg Indians (Millersburg, PA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Newport Buffaloes (Newport, PA), by a count of 49-13.

The Indians (8-0) will now prepare for their outing against Susquenita (Duncannon, PA). The Blackhawks go into the Tri-Valley outing with a 4-2 record. In their last outing, Susquenita was crushed by Northern Lebanon (Fredericksburg, PA), 45-23, in a non-league outing.

The Buffaloes now hold a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Greenwood for a Tri-Valley outing on Thursday, January 4.
