With the victory, Mt. Carmel improves its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Sundevils host St. Joseph Academy (San Marcos, CA) to confront the Crusaders in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 19. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a record of 1-3. St. Joseph Academy won 41-21 in their recent non-league challenge against Academy of Our Lady of Peace (San Diego, CA)

Next up, the Pirates confront the Sage Creek Bobcats (Carlsbad, CA) in a challenge, on Friday, January 12. Oceanside will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
