The Odyssey Institute Minotaur soccer team (Buckeye, AZ), was nipped 1-0 in Monday's non-league outing with the visiting Thatcher Eagles (Thatcher, AZ)

With the win, Thatcher advances its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Chandler Prep (Chandler, AZ) to play the Titans in a non-league outing on Wednesday, January 3. The Titans go into the outing with a record of 0-3. Chandler Prep lost 8-1 in their recent league outing against Arete Prep (Gilbert, AZ)

In their next game, the Minotaur play the Yuma Catholic Shamrocks (Yuma, AZ) in a 3A Southwest outing, on Monday, January 8. Odyssey Institute will attempt to advance on its 2-4 season record.
