The Corona Panthers basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Santa Rosa Academy Rangers to 25 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Monday.

The Panthers now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grand Terrace for a non-league game on Wednesday, December 20. Corona will face a Titans team coming off a 57-55 league loss to Eisenhower (Rialto, CA). The Titans record now stands at 1-5.

With the defeat, Santa Rosa Academy moves to 6-3 on the year. The Rangers host San Jacinto Valley Academy (San Jacinto, CA) to face the Wolves in a game on Thursday, January 11. The Wolves enter the game with a record of 1-3.
