California High School Basketball - Culver City can't hold off Lawndale

The Lawndale Cardinals basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the host Culver City Centaurs to 50 in the Cardinals non-league victory on Monday.
The Cardinals now sport a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host West for a contest on Tuesday, December 19. Lawndale will battle a Warriors team coming off a 66-57 league win over South (Torrance, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 11-1.
The Centaurs (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Silverado (Victorville, CA). The Hawks come into the non-league contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, Silverado edged Cabrillo (Long Beach, CA), 53-50, in a non-league contest.
