The Atlanta Area School for the Deaf Panthers basketball squad (Clarkston, GA), was crushed 69-48 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host N.C. School for the Deaf Bears (Morganton, NC)
With the victory, N.C. School for the Deaf advances its record to 3-2 on the year. The Bears host Tennessee School for the Deaf (Knoxville, TN) to meet the Vikings in a Freelance battle on Thursday, January 9. The Vikings enter the battle with a record of 4-2.
The Panthers now own a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oklahoma School for the Deaf for a non-league battle on Friday, January 10.
