The Sts. Peter & Paul Sabres basketball team scored 61 points and limited the host Chesapeake Cougars to 55 in the Sabres non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Sabres now have a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Salisbury for a non-league game on Friday, December 20. Sts. Peter & Paul will confront a Dragons team coming off a 67-49 non-league loss to Nandua (Onley, VA). The Dragons record now stands at 0-5.
With the loss, Chesapeake falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Howard (Ellicott City, MD) to confront the Lions in a non-league game on Friday, December 20. The Lions go into the game with a record of 5-0. Howard won 73-54 in their recent league game against Wilde Lake (Columbia, MD)
