The Sale Creek Panthers basketball team scored 73 points and limited the visiting Howard Tech Hustlin' Tigers to 52 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Panthers now have a 5-6 record. They play next when they host Dade County for a non-league game on Thursday, December 19. Sale Creek will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 56-44 non-league loss to Northwest Whitfield (Tunnel Hill, GA). The Wolverines record now stands at 2-7.

With the loss, Howard Tech falls to 0-8 on the campaign. The Hustlin' tigers travel to New Life Christian Academy (Fayetteville, NC) to confront the Monarchs in a non-league game on Friday, December 27. The Monarchs go into the game with a record of 7-12. New Life Christian Academy lost 67-50 in their recent non-league game against St. David's (Raleigh, NC)
