In Wednesday's non-league test, the Arcadia Firebirds (Oak Hall, VA) basketball squad defeated the host Southampton Indians (Courtland, VA), by a final score of 51-38.
Next, the Firebirds clash with the Washington Jaguars (Princess Anne, MD) in a non-league test, on Friday, December 27. Arcadia will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record.
The Indians (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Windsor (Windsor, VA). The Dukes come into the Tri-Rivers test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Windsor went down by Smithfield (Smithfield, VA), 43-28, in a non-league test.
