California High School Basketball - Sierra routed by Atwater

Atwater Falcons (Atwater, CA) supporters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Sierra Timberwolves (Manteca, CA), 74-33 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Atwater advances its record to 11-2 on the year. The Falcons travel to Monterey Trail (Elk Grove, CA) to face the Mustangs in a non-league match on Friday, December 20. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 3-2. Monterey Trail lost 78-67 in their recent non-league match against Atwater (Atwater, CA)

The Timberwolves now own a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Merced for a non-league match on Thursday, December 19. Sierra will face a Bears squad coming off a 43-34 non-league loss to Tracy (Tracy, CA). The Bears record now stands at 4-5.
