The George C. Marshall Statesmen basketball team scored 42 points and limited the host Riverside Ram to 24 in the Statesmen non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the loss, Riverside falls to 3-4 on the campaign. The Ram host The Covenant (Charlottesville, VA) to confront the Eagles in a non-league game on Thursday, December 19. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 2-1. The Covenant won 53-23 in their recent non-league game against St. Catherine's (Richmond, VA)
