Colorado High School Basketball - Monarch bests Chatfield

The Monarch Coyotes basketball team scored 58 points and limited the visiting Chatfield Chargers to 47 in the Coyotes non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Coyotes now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Rocky Mountain for a non-league game on Friday, December 20. Monarch will play a Lobos team coming off a 54-49 non-league win over Legacy (Broomfield, CO). The Lobos record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Chatfield falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Chargers host Green Mountain (Lakewood, CO) to play the Rams in a non-league game on Friday, January 3. The Rams go into the game with a record of 0-0.
