The Knights (2-7) will now prepare for their challenge against South Granville (Creedmoor, NC). The Vikings come into the non-league challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, South Granville edged Vance County (Henderson, NC), 66-52, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Trailblazers battle the Raleigh HomeSchool Hawks (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 3. Discovery Charter School will attempt to better on its 1-5 season record. The Hawks come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 36-34 non-league win over College Prep & Leadership Academy (Jamestown, NC).
