In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Cleburne County Tigers basketball team scored a big 64-38 win over the Randolph County Tigers.

The Tigers (8-1) will now prepare for their contest against Ranburne (Ranburne, AL). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 5-4 record. In their last match, Ranburne was crushed by Randolph County (Wedowee, AL), 50-45, in a non-league match.

The Tigers now own a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodland for a non-league match on Friday, December 19. Randolph County will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 61-26 league loss to Wadley (Wadley, AL). The Bobcats record now stands at 2-9.
