The Frontier Academy Wolverines basketball team scored 53 points and limited the visiting Custer County Bobcats to 52 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Wolverines now possess a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Swallows Charter Academy for a non-league game on Friday, December 19. Frontier Academy will confront a Spartans team coming off a 48-17 non-league win over Cotopaxi (Cotopaxi, CO). The Spartans record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Custer County falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Fowler (Fowler, CO) to play the Grizzlies in a non-league bout on Friday, December 19. The Grizzlies go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Fowler lost 59-46 in their recent non-league bout against Hoehne (Hoehne, CO)
