The Lakota Tech Tatanka basketball team scored 64 points and limited the host Omaha Nation Chiefs to 59 in the Tatanka non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Tatanka now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Rapid City Christian for a non-league game on Friday, December 19. Lakota Tech will play a Comets team coming off a 67-25 non-league win over Santee (Santee, NE). The Comets record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Omaha Nation falls to 6-1 on the campaign. The Chiefs travel to White River (White River, SD) to play the Tigers in a non-league game on Friday, December 19. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 1-1. White River won 45-42 in their recent non-league game against Pine Ridge (Pine Ridge, SD)
