The Willow Canyon Wildcats soccer squad scored 4 points and held the visiting Maryvale Panthers to 3 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Thursday.

The Wildcats now possess a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Independence for a non-league game on Saturday, December 27. Willow Canyon will clash with a Patriots team coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Agua Fria (Avondale, AZ). The Patriots record now stands at 2-3.

The Panthers (0-4) will now prepare for their game against West Point (Avondale, AZ). The Dragons go into the non-league bout with a 2-1 record. In their last bout, West Point got by Alhambra (Phoenix, AZ), 8-0, in a non-league bout.
