Madisonville Mustangs (Madisonville, TX) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Aggieland HomeSchool Panthers (College Station, TX), 40-38 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Madisonville upgrades its record to 12-2 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Centerville (Centerville, TX) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 7-5. Centerville won 61-31 in their recent non-league bout against Riesel (Riesel, TX)

Next up, the Panthers play the Crockett Bulldogs (Crockett, TX) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 28. Aggieland HomeSchool will attempt to move on its 18-10 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 4-10 record after their 64-53 league win over Anderson-Shiro (Anderson, TX).
