With the victory, Sehome upgrades its record to 7-0 on the campaign. The Mariners host Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, WA) to play the Wildcats in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest challenge on Wednesday, January 4. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 2-4.

Next up, the Bayhawks play the Meadowdale Mavericks (Lynnwood, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 21. Bellingham will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record.
