The Clarenceville Trojans basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Churchill Chargers to 34 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Monday.
The Trojans now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oxford for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 20. Clarenceville will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 43-40 non-league win over Lapeer (Lapeer, MI). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-2.
The Chargers (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Plymouth (Canton, MI). The Wildcats enter the Kensington Lakes contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Plymouth was routed by Plymouth Christian Academy (Canton, MI), 67-63, in a non-league contest.
