    The Ligonier Valley Rams ran past the visiting Mt. Pleasant Vikings basketball team by a final score of 67-56 in Monday's non-league game.

    In their next game, the Rams face the Burrell Bucs (Lower Burrell, PA) in a WPIAL 3A 3 game, on Tuesday, December 20. Ligonier Valley will attempt to move on its 1-7 season record. The Bucs enter the game with a 2-3 record after their 59-50 league loss to Shady Side Academy (Pittsburgh, PA).

    With the defeat, Mt. Pleasant moves to 1-7 on the year. The Vikings travel to Greensburg Salem (Greensburg, PA) to face the Golden Lions in a non-league game on Wednesday, December 28. The Golden Lions enter the game with a record of 2-5.
