Maryland High School Basketball - Poolesville falls to Magruder

In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Magruder Colonels basketball team scored a good 51-42 triumph over the Poolesville Falcons.

In their next game, the Colonels meet the Damascus Hornets (Damascus, MD) in a Montgomery 3A/2A match, on Wednesday, December 21. Magruder will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Hornets enter the match with a 4-0 record after their 62-38 league win over Kennedy (Silver Spring, MD).

With the defeat, Poolesville moves to 1-3 on the year. The Falcons travel to Watkins Mill (Gaithersburg, MD) to meet the Wolverines in a non-league match on Wednesday, December 21. The Wolverines enter the match with a record of 0-4. Watkins Mill lost 72-37 in their recent non-league match against Wheaton (Silver Spring, MD)
