The Tantasqua Regional Warriors (Fiskdale, MA) basketball nipped the visiting Uxbridge Spartans (Uxbridge, MA), 45-42 in Monday's league test.

The Warriors (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Shepherd Hill Regional (Dudley, MA). The Rams go into the non-league test with a 4-0 record. In their last test, Shepherd Hill Regional got by North Middlesex Regional (Townsend, MA), 74-44, in a non-league test.

The Spartans now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Northbridge for a South Worcester County - A test on Thursday, December 22. Uxbridge will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 54-33 non-league win over Quaboag Regional (Warren, MA). The Rams record now stands at 3-1.
