In Monday's non-league outing, the East Providence Townies (East Providence, RI) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Smithfield Sentinels (Esmond, RI), by a margin of 42-13.
The Townies (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Westerly (Westerly, RI). The Bulldogs go into the non-league outing with a 1-1 record.
The Sentinels now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Portsmouth for a non-league outing on Friday, January 13.
