The Renville County West Jaguars basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City Falcons to 57 in the Jaguars non-league triumph on Monday.

The Jaguars now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ortonville for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 20. Renville County West will meet a Trojans team coming off a 78-33 league loss to Hancock (Hancock, MN). The Trojans record now stands at 1-4.

The Falcons (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Yellow Medicine East (Granite Falls, MN). The Sting enter the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Yellow Medicine East was nudged by Russell-Tyler-Ruthton (Tyler, MN), 72-53, in a league contest.
