The Clearview Clippers (Lorain, OH) basketball felled the visiting Garfield Heights Bulldogs (Garfield Heights, OH), 58-40 in Monday's non-league test.
The Clippers (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Keystone (La Grange, OH). The Wildcats go into the Lorain County 8 test with a 8-0 record. In their last test, Keystone thwarted Oberlin (Oberlin, OH), 52-10, in a league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Lorain for a Lake Erie - Erie test on Wednesday, January 4.
