The McIntosh County Academy Buccaneers basketball team scored 67 points and restricted the visiting Groves Rebels to 37 in the Buccaneers non-league victory on Monday.

The Buccaneers now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hagerty for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 20. McIntosh County Academy will battle a Huskies team coming off a 62-39 non-league win over Glynn Academy (Brunswick, GA). The Huskies record now stands at 10-1.

The Rebels (0-9) will now prepare for their contest against Glynn Academy (Brunswick, GA). The Terrors come into the non-league contest with a 1-7 record. In their last contest, Glynn Academy was routed by Hagerty (Oviedo, FL), 62-39, in a non-league contest.
