Agua Fria Owls (Avondale, AZ) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Desert Edge Scorpions (Goodyear, AZ), 34-6 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Agua Fria upgrades its record to 3-4 on the season. The Owls host Peoria (Peoria, AZ) to play the Panthers in a bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Scorpions play the Horizon Huskies (Scottsdale, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 13. Desert Edge will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
