The Harker Heights Knights (Harker Heights, TX) basketball felled the host A&M Consolidated Tigers (College Station, TX), 65-49 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Knights (12-5) will now prepare for their test against Cedar Ridge (Round Rock, TX). The Raiders go into the non-league test with a 10-6 record. In their last test, Cedar Ridge thwarted Round Rock Westwood (Austin, TX), 66-65, in a league test.
The Tigers now own a 6-8 record. They play next when they travel to College Station for a 5A Region III District 21 test on Tuesday, January 2.
